August 18, 2016

  • New Keyboard shortcuts for iPad
  • Improved Apple Watch app
  • New dialogue when a session is finished
  • You can now choose anything between 1 and 99 as the session, break or long break length
  • Finish popover now works correctly when you rotate your device and when in Split View / Slide Over on iPad
  • Notification actions now work as expected
  • Write Us will no longer crash
  • When you open Focus on another device on a new day first, it won’t override your current session

  • Activity view now gives you an summary about your completed sessions and tasks by day

  • Set daily session and task goals and see your achievements in the activity view

  • You can now extend your session if you need more time

  • Say hello to task speed dating: you can now skip breaks completely when a Focus session has ended

  • Version and build number added to the app settings

Focus (iOS) BETA 2

  • You sessions are now synced with iCloud. Start a session on one device and pick it up on the next

  • Interactive notifications: you can now start your next session from the notification directly. Just swipe left on the notification on your lock screen / notification center or pull down the notification on your home screen. To use this feature, you have to enable notifications for Focus in the system settings

  • Activity view gives you a basic overview of your previous sessions. More will be added in the next versions

  • System audio will no longer be cancelled at start

  • Several bugfixes and improvements
