  • iCloud not available: I'm getting an 'An iCloud account is not available because no account information has been provided for this device' error when I try to turn iCloud sync on.

Please make sure that Focus is allowed to use iCloud Drive. On the Mac, go to System Preferences > iCloud > iCloud Drive (Options) and make sure that Focus is checked. On iOS, open the Settings.app > iCloud > iCloud Drive and make sure Focus is allowed to use iCloud Drive.

  • Reordering Tasks: Can I reorder my tasks?

Yes, on the Mac just click slightly above or below the task name to start dragging. On iOS, tap Edit in the top left corner, then tap and hold on the reorder-indicator right next to each task to star reordering.
